These terms govern your use of alwaysmovingsd.com and the moving services provided by Always Moving San Diego. By requesting a quote or booking a move, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes & Estimates

Estimates are based on the information you provide. Final pricing reflects the actual size, access, and services of your move. We’ll flag anything that changes the quote before work begins.

Booking & Cancellation

  • Dates are confirmed once you approve your quote
  • Please give as much notice as possible to reschedule
  • Deposits, where required, are applied to your final bill

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate move details and safe access for our crew
  • Disclose fragile, high-value, or hazardous items in advance
  • Be available, or send a representative, on moving day

Liability & Claims

We are licensed, bonded, and insured. Basic coverage is included at $0.60 per pound, with full-value protection available. Claims may be filed within nine months of your move.
